On August 23, Novaya Gazeta was supposed to write out a fine for "discrediting power structures." But the court postponed the meeting after our request to call anonymous "experts"

Anonymous experts are confident, whose conclusions gave rise to a paper shaft at the general level -

The 1 (one) colonel general plus 3 (three) major generals were disturbed and resulted in a protocol on an administrative offense.

The attention of the unknown, attracted by Roskomnadzor, focused on the articles of Alexander Minkin, Andrei Kolesnikov and Kirill Fokin, published in the first issue of the “New Story Gazeta”.

Well, what if the protocols are really like that? But do not discredit them to citizens excessively competent - “well owning knowledge of the Russian language and literature” (sic! This is said in the conclusion of psychologists and linguists).

And the conclusion:

“The culmination of the article <...> was the demonstrated copyright to the conducted by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation of a special operation in Ukraine through criticism of law enforcement agencies.”

It is clear that the police reacted with sympathy to the official of the RKN by the name of Wagner, who in a letter to the deputy minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs A.V. The city asked to initiate administrative production, reinforcing the wish of a pile of the maculate quoted above.

I don’t know if all this was read by the deputy minister, but Major General S.S. Naumov (Deputy Head of the Main Directorate for Providing the Protection of Public Order and Coordination of Interaction with the Executive Bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation) wrote a letter to another Major General-I.V. Zinoviev (deputy chief of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow), the one-Major General A.V. Diokin. As a result, the application was in the Internal Affairs Directorate for CAO of Moscow, where it was to be checked.

Judging by the documents received by the court, the audit ended on the fact that the power of attorney of the editorial lawyer was attached to the case. The conclusions of experts, as one could understand from the conversation, the police did not read and what happened, in principle, did not imagine. Moreover, the articles were published on our already blocked site by that time (novaya.no) - well, not VPN to establish ... It was not possible to find out the names of linguists and psychologists either -

The police were not allowed into the RKN.

But the protocol - here it is, under article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation:

"For the commission of public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the RF Armed Forces ...".

On August 23, the Tagan court of Moscow postponed the consideration of the case on August 30 after our request to call anonymous experts, outraged by the actions of “well -owned knowledge of the Russian language and literature”, journalists who allow themselves “subjective assessments”, “encode information” and implement criminal intent in their articles, according to the “speech strategy”.

Regarding the claims of Roskomnadzor against Novaya Gazeta and the new story-gazeta. The court appointed a consideration on the merits on September 5 and 6, respectively. We will inform about the results.
