Moscow municipal deputy Alexei Gorinov, who was sentenced to seven years in prison under an article about “fakes” about the Russian army, complained that he was not being provided with medical care.

According to lawyer Katerina Tertukhina, Gorinov has been ill for three weeks, he has not been diagnosed. The conditions of detention in the colony are not conducive to recovery - the politician's cell is less than ten square meters, in the heat there is not enough fresh air. The lawyer is preparing a complaint about the conditions of detention and the failure to provide proper medical care.

The municipal deputy of the Krasnoselsky district Alexei Gorinov was sentenced to seven years in prison in the case of "fakes". The basis for the criminal case was that at one of the meetings of the Council of Deputies Gorinov called the war a war. This sentence was the first in Russia, according to which the accused received a real term. Against the colleagues of the politician - Ilya Yashin and Elena Kotenochkina, they also opened a case of "fake news". On July 13, Yashin was sent to a pre-trial detention center. Kotenochkina left Russia, she is wanted.
