After another year, Kara-Murza will be sent to the pre-trial detention center, three months after him-Yashin. Both - on the “spread of fakes about the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation” during a special operation. And now, on August 24, 2022, they came for him-a man, as it seems, before fanaticism loving his city, ex-mayor of Yekaterinburg, beating records with their indefatigable energy and boiling activities. In the afternoon, every day he accepts the townspeople in his reception, simultaneously organizing emergency funds for small Yekaterinburgers, sick SMA, writes books, sets paintings in the museum, troll on twitter of officials and politicians who supported the war ...

They came to Roizman on the Independence Day of Ukraine and exactly when half a year turned half a year. Which he called that, although in Russia it cannot be called that in his own words. A criminal case on “discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (280.3 Article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) was opened against Roizman. The reason for the detention is the phrase “invasion of Ukraine” used by Eugene. He was detained for 48 hours, and then the court in Yekaterinburg chose him a preventive measure in the form of a ban on some actions until September 29.

On September 14, Evgeny Roizman will turn 60 years old. He was born in 1962 in Sverdlovsk, where his grandfather and grandmother moved from Ukraine back in the 20s of the last century for the construction of Uralmashzavod. His father Vadim Roizman subsequently worked in the same power engineer, mother Nina Pavlovna - a teacher in kindergarten at the factory.

The teenage years of Roizman delivered a lot of trouble to others: according to his own memories, he studied terribly, changed several schools, and he was even excluded from one. After the 8th grade, he entered the engineering college, but having studied there for a year, he went to the car, which, however, did not graduate either - he fell under the investigation. According to Roizman, his lifestyle inevitably led to prison - he left his parental house at the age of 14, dangled where he did not go and "I was frankly carried." He played cards, often borrowed, was friends with muddy personalities. He was not 18, when a criminal case was opened against him for theft (Article 144 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR), fraud (147 part 3 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR) and illegal wearing of cold weapons (218 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR). The Ordzhonikidze District Court of Sverdlovsk sent a young man to a general regime colony in the city of Kamensk-Uralsky. In places of imprisonment, Roizman served for three years.

“This is my cross. It’s all his life to drag him, ”the politician recalled those years in an interview with Yuri Dudu ( recognized as a foreign agent ). - I never did this (crimes) consciously, I had no task to deceive. To be honest, I am very glad that I was planted then - because I was imprisoned on time. If this happened later, perhaps there would have already been other articles and other terms. And three years are completely normal. Everything is for the better. I think that every intelligent person would not hurt at least so many in prison. Incredible experience: you see life from a completely different side, you see a giant layer of Russian life, which under other circumstances you will never see. ”

In 1984, Roizman removed the criminal record and settled down with a locksmith in one of the workshops of Uralmashzavod. Along the way, he studied at the evening school. Life seemed to get better.

Icon painting specialist

In 1985, 23-year-old Roizman entered the daytime department of the History Faculty of Ural State University. But the script went like at school. Having finished successfully the first course, from the second he was already expelled for poor performance. In the 89th he again entered the same faculty, but already at the correspondence department. In the fourth year, he was again expelled for poor performance. The future politician will be able to recover and defend and defend and protect the diploma ... In 2003, thereby setting a university record for the duration of study - 18 years. The university will give him a specialty “historian-Arhivist”, officially he is today-a specialist in the Gornozavodsky Urals and the Old Believer icon painting. By the way, Roizman will unofficially become one of the leading experts in his field. In 1999, he will create the first and only private free museum in Russia with the collection of the work of the Nevyansk School of Old Believer icon painting. At the museum, it will open a restoration workshop. Later it will collect the collection of more than 3 thousand paintings of mainly Yekaterinburg and Ural artists. In 2010, he will even be honored with a silver medal of the Russian Academy of Arts “For Contribution to Russian Culture”, he will become an honorary member of the Academy.

And in 2014, the prosecutor’s office will try to annul his diploma of an icon painting specialist, claiming that he said he received it illegally. The teaching staff, dean and even rector of the Ural University will pull on many hours of interrogations.

All teachers will confirm that Roizman brilliantly passed the exams himself and wrote and defended the diploma himself. The court recognizes the diploma of the present.

"City without drugs"

In 1999, Roizman would create an organization with like -minded people, which will bring him fame and a lot of criticism - the City without drugs, the task of which was the fight against drug trafficking in Yekaterinburg and the environs. The Fund (he will lead him before the mayor’s office) will over time grow into five centers of wrapping rehabilitation of drug addicts - 3 male, one children's and one female. According to the fund’s employees, over the years, mortality from overdose in Yekaterinburg fell almost 12 times.

However, the fund was often accused of too extreme methods of treating drug addicts: abduction of drug addicts and forcibly holding them in the hospitals with the aim of smacked treatment. The heads of the Owl information and analytical center (explores the problems of nationalism and xenophobia) Alexander Verkhovsky and Galina Kozhevnikova (died in 2011) at one time noted the anti-citagan and antitajik orientation of the fund and the “pogrom anti-mesh-haired” Roizman himself, as well as the Anticavian propaganda, which he led in 2004-2005. Roizman rejected the accusations of racist statements.

State Duma, slap and short stay in "Fair Russia"

In 2003, Roizman will go politics for the first time. He will get into the State Duma of the 4th convocation from the single-mandate Ordzhonikidze district of the Sverdlovsk region. He will be included in the State Duma Committee on Security, the State Duma Commission on the problems of the North Caucasus and the Commission close to him in spirit to counteract drugs. The Roizman deputy consistently advocated the tightening of punishment against drug trafficking and alcohol sellers to minors, the introduction of the institution of forced treatment of drug addiction and alcoholism by decision of the court. In the regional elections to the Legislative Assembly of the region, the leader of the Sverdlovsk branch of the “Russian Party of Life” Sergei Mironov will act. During the deputy will be remembered by a fight during the radio detectives with the State Duma deputy from the Rodina party Evgeny Zyblitsov. He will reproach Roizman that he allegedly voted for monetizing the benefits. Although Roizman voted against it, and Zyblitsov - just for. The representative of the Motherland will write a statement to the Prosecutor General, who in turn will apply to the State Duma with a request to deprive Roizman of deputy inviolability. Soon, Roizman will join the new party of Mironov-“Fair Russia” and will be nominated the first number of one of the lists of the party in the Sverdlovsk region in the elections to the State Duma of the 5th convocation. However, three months before the election, the candidacy of Roizman is unexpectedly expelled from the party list. He himself claimed that Mironov allegedly told him that he made this decision under pressure. Roizman will leave the essays, writing in his living magazine:

“I just don't want to have anything in common. This is the first time in my life I entered somewhere. And how successful! ... Indeed, we must leave. And what to do there? Compete with fagots? Or admire the candidates who go to politics with a high -raised Vaseline under his arm? This is not about us. "

Since then, with Mironov they are ardent opponents.

In the party with Mikhail Prokhorov and the provocations of Surkov

Roizman refrained from participating in politics until 2011, until the billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov invites him to join the “right business” party, the chairman of which he had just elected him then. The party’s goal was to unite the middle class, liberals and progressives, and the support of liberal reforms. Prokhorov caught fire and began to assemble a team of like -minded people. It was assumed that Roizman would be included in the federal list of this party in the elections to the State Duma of the 6th convocation. However, these plans were not destined to come true. Between the then employee of the Presidential Administration Vladislav Surkov (supervised the party) and a billionaire arose significant disagreement due to the non-control of Prokhorov. He, in particular, contrary to the Soviets of Surkov, left Roizman on the party list.

Directly at the September Congress of the party, its raider seizure will take place, the technology of which, according to eyewitnesses, developed precisely Surkov. Prokhorov will be shifted from the post of chairman. Following him the “right -hand business” will leave Roizman, as well as Leonid Gozman and members of the Higher Council Anatoly Chubais and Andrey Nechaev in protest.

Exactly a year later, Roizman will enter the Federal Committee of the Civil Platform created by Prokhorov and in the 2013 elections will lead its list to the Yekaterinburg City Duma.

Karaulov, Grandfather Hassan and the victory in the mayor's election

According to independent sociological research, Roizman in 2012-2013 had the highest rating among potential candidates for mayor of Yekaterinburg. This is despite the fact that during the pre -election campaign, a fairly powerful information war was waged against him. Moreover, both in the Yekaterinburg media and at the federal level. As usual, as usual, the host of the “moment of truth” program Andrei Karaulov acted as heavy artillery. Without presenting any evidence, Karaulov announced in his program information about the alleged ties of Roizman with organized ethnic criminal groups, said that the politician had connections with the Uralmashev organized crime group . The TV presenter also accused Roizman of ties with a thief of law Timur Tbilisi, according to some of the nephew of the influential criminal authority of grandfather Hassan.

The prosecutor's office of the Sverdlovsk region, excited by the air, instantly initiated checks, but Roizman could not establish any criminal connections.

In the fall of 2013, Roizman successfully won the election of the mayor of Yekaterinburg.

People's mayor

Under Roisman, the city hall in Yekaterinburg was the only mayor in Russia where there were no guards and turnstiles. The office of the head of the city never closed. And instead of the traditional portrait of the president, the mayor of Roizman in the office hung a portrait of the poet Brodsky.

The mayor actively wrote on social networks, especially on Twitter. For criticism of Yekaterinburg, he was responsible for the one and capacious. His negativity about the city touched. So, in March 2014, when the snow began to melt, in response to the claims of one of Twitter users about the mud on the streets of Yekaterinburg, Roizman wrote: “You have dirt in your soul.” Which gave rise to many Internet memes.

Roizman did not resemble the classic average mayor - which almost always United Russia and associates of the party and government. Roizman went out into the picket in support of prisoners in the swamp business, to the action against censorship in the media and the accession of Crimea. He signed the appeal in defense of the musician Andrei Makarevich, who in 2014 criticized the policy of the Russian authorities in Ukraine.

His rating in the city was growing. Among the townspeople, the so -called “personal technique of Evgeny Roizman” was fame: people with their problems and troubles could come to him, he helped each with the team as far as possible. By the way, Roizman will not stop personal reception of citizens after the mayor’s post in 2018. Its reception will work until the detention of a politician in August 2022 ...

Roizman and women

For their heated and full of dramatic events, the novel with the founder and the chief editor of the news agencies URA.ru and Znak.com Aksana Panova (where there was a rival-Governor Yevgeny Kuyvashev, and the loss of the child, and criminal cases against Panova) in 2012-2014 observed, not only Yekaterinburg, but the whole country. Someone condemned (Roizman had a family and children), someone just discussed. Roizman himself as a public personality and as a politician behaved with dignity: he did not deny anything, he spoke respectfully about all his women. I figured it out ourselves. As a result, Roizman did not leave the family. The novel ended, but human relations and two twins remained - the son and daughter. In an interview with the same, Dudu Roizman will say that he recognized everyone and loves everyone.

The failed governorship from the "Yabloko" and the failed deputy 2021

In 2017, Roizman announced the participation of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region from the Yabloko party. Scandals began immediately. Against his nomination was the head of the regional branch of Yabloko, who even announced the withdrawal from the party along with nine delegates in protest against the "candidate of the head of Yekaterinburg, who was imposed by the federal leadership of the party of Yekaterinburg." Against the candidacy of Roizman was the chairman of the Moscow Youth Yabloko, the former defendant in the “Swamp business” Nikolai Kavkazsky, explaining this by the fact that the politician supported the violent methods of the “City without drugs” fund, opposed the right to freedom of assembly for LGBT, and demanded to introduce a visa regime with the countries of Central Asia.

By the way, Roizman was also criticized for homophobic glances. But in 2019, he himself (when there was no election already) announced solidarity with the Yekaterinburg resource center for LGBT and began to collect money in their support.

But back in 2017. The chairman of the CEC Ella Pamfilova, chairman of the CEC, also said her word regarding the participation of Roizman. She noted that the commission “has a number of questions on the nature and order of nomination” by Roizman and asked the representatives of Yabloko “urgently” to contact the Central Election Commission so that “all the nuances of registration” were “worked out in detail”.

As a result, Roizman was forced to withdraw his candidacy. Formally, as the municipal filter has not passed.

Four years later, Roizman publicly announced plans to be elected to the State Duma of the 8th convocation. But he soon announced that he had changed his mind. As a reason, he pointed out the need to collect and certify at least 20,000 signatures, which will require at least 21 million rubles. But even this would not give guarantees, he remarked that he would not be removed from the elections at the very last moment.

Roizman and human lives

In 2020, Roizman began to actively collect money on Twitter for the treatment of small Yekaterinburgers suffering from spinal muscle atrophy (SMA). Reports on each missing amount, about each injection of the drug "Zulgensm" and on the condition of each child. For two years, several children's lives really managed to save. And yet none of the parents reproached Roizman or his fund for help of dishonesty, deceit and PR.

On August 24, 2022, Dmitry Bakhtin came to the house already detained by Roizman, to whom the Politics Fund just helped to collect 160 million rubles for the treatment of the son of Misha. The boy had SMA. It was possible to raise the money, and in February 2022 Misha made a vital injection.

“Every hour of stopping the work of Yevgeny Vadimovich is a minimum of an unspoken life. There are no words, unfortunately, there is nothing more to say, ”the father of the child told reporters.

Roizman, War and its legendary Relati

Евгений Ройзман с самого начала не поддержал войну России в Украине. И писал об этом публично. Уже в марте он подвергся двум штрафам по 50 тысяч рублей за антивоенные высказывания — по только что введенной административной статье «за публичные действия, направленные на дискредитацию Вооруженных сил РФ». Затем еще один штраф был в апреле. Поводом для этого штрафа стала фраза Ройзмана: «Война с Украиной, страшная, нелепая и бездарная — самая подлая, позорная и несправедливая война в истории России».

Комментируя это высказывание и заведенное дело, Ройзман отмечал: «И на Страшном Суде не откажусь от своих слов».

Еще до войны, активный пользователь твиттера, Ройзман заложил в русском сегменте этой сети своеобразную культуру реплаев. Реплай — ответ на чужие сообщения, посты и твиты пользователей. Реплаи Ройзмана, написанные с юмором и часто использованием ненормативной лексики, в ответ на твитты чиновников, прокремлевских политиков и сообщения гос СМИ расходятся на цитаты. И что важно: чиновники и политики ему отвечают.

Так, после 24 февраля 2022 года наибольшую известность получила переписка Ройзмана и Сергея Миронова. Политики несколько дней подряд обменивались в твиттере мнениями о спецоперации. Ройзман с самого начала войну не поддержавший, троллил Миронова, гордо выложившего фотографию офиса своей партии в Москве, на котором красовался баннер с лозунгом «Za Справедливость! Zа Правду! Zа Победу!». «Е…ть ты зиганул», — ответил Миронову Ройзман. «Не зиганул, а поддержал специальную военную операцию, — отвечал Миронов. — Наши солдаты как раз уничтожают сейчас тех, кто безнаказанно зиговал и издевался над русскими в Донбассе очень долгое время. Но час расплаты пришёл!» В другой раз Миронов назвал события в Буче инсценировкой западных спецслужб, отмечая, что «Герои Z мирных не убивают!!!» И получил реплай от Ройзмана: «Уже определись — ты искренний дебил или убеждённый людоед». Миронов:

«Я — патриот, государственник, народный избранник. А вот кто ты… Будь здоров! Не болей!». Ройзман: «Говно ты, а не патриот».

«Корень зла — это США! — писал в следующие дни Миронов. — Они пытаются удержать свою гегемонию, сохранить мировое господство. И сейчас они готовы жертвовать ради этого украинцами. Граждане Украины, проснитесь! Вас кинули в котёл войны и оставили без помощи. Это ваши союзники? Сложите оружие и покайтесь! Мы простим!».

Реплай Ройзмана: «Не ори так, а то санитары прибегут и тебя спеленают». Миронов в ответ: «Обоснуй!»

Вскоре Миронов не выдержал и внес Ройзмана в «черный список».

А вот за реплай в адрес сообщения РИА Новости Евгений Ройзман подвергли суду. РИА выложило цитату министра иностранных дел Сергея Лаврова «Операция на Украине призвана покончить с курсом США на доминирование в мире». «И для этого вы решили свою страну об стену у…ь?», — спросил под сообщением агентства Ройзман. Вскоре суд оштрафовал его на 85 тысяч рублей за «неуважение к власти».

Реплаи Ройзман писать не перестал вплоть до дня задержания. Подписчки Ройзмана в твиттере уже констатируют, что в случае его ареста либо ограничения общения в случае запрета определенных действий без его реплаев будет как-то совсем печально воспринимать российскую действительность.

Задержанный Ройзман и его Екатеринбург

После задержания Ройзмана, обысков в его доме, фонде и музее Невьянской иконы, жители Екатеринбурга вышли с пикетами в его поддержку. Кто-то с плакатами, кто-то без них. Полиция и ОМОН винтила практически всех. Некоторые получили 15 суток ареста.

Поддержать Ройзмана, по сообщениям екатеринбургских СМИ, пришел даже неслышащий мужчина, для которого фонд политика в свое время открывал сбор из-за проблем с ипотекой. «Без Ройзмана и его фонда многие потеряют надежду на помощь и справедливость. Я никогда не забуду, что он спас нашу семью», — сказал мужчина.

…25 августа Верх-Исетский районный суд Екатеринбурга избрал для Евгения Ройзмана меру пресечения в виде запрета определенных действий до 29 сентября. Политику запретили посещать общественные места, общаться со свидетелями по уголовному делу, пользоваться интернетом и средствами связи.
