The FSB said that, in addition to Natalya Vovk, another member of the “Ukrainian sabotage group” — Bogdan Tsyganenko, born in 1978, was preparing the murder of Daria Dugina. According to the Russian intelligence services, he arrived in Russia via Estonia on July 30 and left the day before the murder. Tsyganenko, according to investigators, provided Vovk with fake car numbers and documents, and also helped assemble a homemade bomb that Vovk allegedly set off.

The video also shows how Vovk came to the parking lot of the Tradition festival, which took place a few hours before Dugina's murder, to spy on her.
The FSB spoke about the involvement of the Ukrainian special services in the murder of Dugina on August 22. The main suspect was declared a citizen of Ukraine Natalya Vovk (Shaban), who allegedly fled to Estonia after the murder. An unnamed TASS source in law enforcement said that Vovk entered Russia on fake documents.
