Participants of the failed luxury car rally are sent under administrative arrest

The Tagansky District Court of Moscow arrested Alexei Khitrov, the organizer of the failed rally of elite car owners, for 15 days. This is reported by the telegram channel "112".

Khitrov was charged with an article on the organization of mass movement of citizens in public places, which led to a violation of public order (part 1 of article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), follows from the case file on the court website.

The event was supposed to take place on Sunday, August 28, but the security forces detained the participants of the rally before it began. The cars were sent to the impound.

Aleksey Khitrov is a crypto blogger who has invited more than 200 luxury car owners to the event. According to the 112 telegram channel, the participants of the failed motor rally wrote a statement against him under the article on fraud (Article 159 of the Criminal Code), since registration for the event allegedly included monetary contributions. The Telegram channel also writes that there are six defendants in the case of organizing a motor rally. Among them is Alexei Khitrov's twin brother.
