Politician Leonid Gozman was detained in Moscow. This was reported by OVD-Info lawyer Yulia Tregubova, who helped him.

Gozman is charged with an article about identifying the actions of the USSR and Nazi Germany (Part 1 of Article 13.48 of the Administrative Code). The politician will remain overnight at the Tverskoy police station until the trial.

Telegram channel SOTAvision reported that law enforcement officers met the politician at the exit from the hospital. He refused to accompany them to the department, saying that he had no documents with him and he needed to return to the clinic for an appointment. The employee went with him to the hospital, but then left. After that, Gozman contacted the lawyer, waited for her and went with her to the police department.
