In the center of Moscow, three people were detained at the rally of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation "Reds in the City" against the falsification of elections. This was reported to OVD-Info by an employee of the legal service of the Communist Party Maxim Sikach.
Among the detainees: a man whose name the interlocutor of OVD-Info does not currently know, and two more participants in the action, who asked to remove their data from the publication of the news.
The protesters are taken to the police department in the Tverskoy district, they are charged with an article on violation of the rules for holding a public event (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Lawyer Leysan Mannapova, who cooperates with OVD-Info, is going to help the detainees.
16:39 It became known that four people were detained at the rally, among them a member of the Moscow branch of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Nadezhda Azarova, Irina Safroshkina and two more who wished not to disclose their names.
All the detainees were released from the police without administrative protocols.
