“The hostile actions of the American authorities, which continue to follow a Russophobic course, destroying bilateral ties and escalating confrontation between Russia and the United States, will continue to receive a decisive rebuff,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Sanctions included:
Minister of Commerce Gina Raimondo;
Thomas Perriello, Executive Director of the Open Society Foundations;
founder and chairman of the Central Asia and Caucasus Institute Stephen Starr;

All US citizens on the "stop list" are banned from entering Russia. In total, there are 1073 people on this list.
At the end of June, Russia banned another 25 US citizens from entering the country. The sanctions included the Joe Biden family and the philosopher Francis Fukuyama.
