The Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Mikhail Degtyarev said that he would go to Ukraine as a volunteer, but could not leave the post because he has a "reservation". Degtyarev told about this in an interview with RIA Novosti.

According to Degtyarev, two volunteer battalions have been formed in the region.
