Illegal campaigning for pro-government candidates appeared on the first day of voting near some Moscow PECs. Rhymed stenciled inscriptions on the pavement call for voting for candidates from the public association My District affiliated with the Moscow mayor's office.
It also became known about at least two observers detained by the police. This is Olga Nikishina in Moscow and Vitaly Nemtsev in Krasnodar.
A protocol has already been drawn up against the latter under an article on the demonstration of prohibited symbols because of the sticker of the Ukrainian Azov regiment, which unknown people pasted on Nemtsev's car.
September 9 is the first of three days of voting in this election. Depending on the region, citizens will vote for candidates for municipal deputies, contenders for seats in city and regional legislative assemblies, as well as for heads of regions.
