Voting will take place from September 9 to 11 in 82 regions of Russia.
Direct elections of governors will be held in 14 regions. On the list:
- Vladimir region;
- Tambov Region;
- Yaroslavl region;
- Tomsk region;
- Kirov region;
- Saratov region;
- Kaliningrad region;
- Ryazan Oblast;
- Sverdlovsk region;
- Novgorod region;
- Udmurtia;
- Karelia;
- Buryatia;
- Mary El.
Regional parliaments will elect:
- North Ossetia;
- Udmurtia;
- Krasnodar region;
- Sakhalin region;
- Penza region;
- Saratov region.
City parliaments will choose:
- Gorno-Altaisk;
- Cherkessk;
- Barnaul;
- Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky;
- Vladivostok;
- Kirov;
- Kursk;
- Omsk;
- Pskov;
- Tver;
- Yaroslavl.
Elections of deputies of municipalities will be held in Moscow.
A single voting day is scheduled for September 11. In some regions, elections will last three days. More than 44 million voters could potentially take part in the elections.
Electronic voting will take place in eight regions:
- Moscow;
- Kaliningrad region;
- Novgorod region;
- Tomsk region;
- Yaroslavl region;
- Kaluga region;
- Kursk region;
- Pskov region.
