In addition to making a decision on the criminal case, the court partially satisfied the civil claim filed by Yumagulov for compensation for moral and material damage. The judge ruled to recover 200,000 rubles from Lvov and Afonkin, 150,000 rubles from Nikolaev and Tagirov, and 100,000 rubles from Syngizov in favor of the victim.

Earlier, the prosecutor demanded that five defendants in the case be sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 6.5 to 8 years.
