The court sentenced the defendants to various terms in a strict regime colony. Radmir Tagirov received four years in prison, Timur Syngizov one year and nine months, Nikolai Nikolaev four years, Sergei Lvov and Maxim Afonkin five years and two months each.
In addition to making a decision on the criminal case, the court partially satisfied the civil claim filed by Yumagulov for compensation for moral and material damage. The judge ruled to recover 200,000 rubles from Lvov and Afonkin, 150,000 rubles from Nikolaev and Tagirov, and 100,000 rubles from Syngizov in favor of the victim.
