In Urai (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug), security forces came to search the house of former military man Pavel Verbitsky. He told OVD-Info that the investigative actions are related to comments, because of which he is already under the article on discrediting the Russian Army (Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code).

Verbitsky noted that after the initiation of an administrative case, he closed his profile on VKontakte. He suggested that someone had deliberately added him as a friend in order to find a reason to initiate a criminal case.
