The test pilot, Hero of Russia Alexander Garnev demanded from the director of the FSB Alexander Bortnikov to bring to criminal liability of deputies and officials threatening the use of nuclear weapons and inciting interethnic disturbance. The threats of the use of nuclear weapons sounding on federal channels from Russian officials and deputies, in accordance with international law, are a legitimate reason for a nuclear strike on the territory of Russia. Therefore, the speeches of officials and deputies threatening to apply nuclear potential in Ukraine, it is necessary to stop and punish in accordance with the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the Garnaev’s statement said.
"Currently, there is a criminal public activity of a number of public and official officials, statesmen, deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, which pares a direct threat to state security and the constitutional system of the Russian Federation, the life and health of Russian citizens ... my family and me personally," Garnas said.
As an example, he cites the speeches of the State Duma deputies Alexei Zhuravlev and Evgeny Fedorov, Mikhail Delyagin and Vyacheslav Nikonov, as well as the former head of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin. Garnaev demanded that Bortnikov immediately take measures to "suppress illegal public activities in the media of the direct threat of the state security of Russia, bringing the perpetrators to criminal liability."
Alexander Garnev refers to an agreement on non -proliferation of nuclear weapons and the UN Charter. “The legal basis for the application of the response of the nuclear threat from the members of the Nuclear Club Club Council is not the use of nuclear weapons, but simply the threat of its use. And all these irresponsible people who criminally broadcast federal television channels every day reduce the legal threshold for the use of nuclear weapons against my Fatherland, against my 6 children,” the pilot explains.
Together with his statement, Garnaev published a video with a story about how he was called by the FSB officers for conversations after his critical statements amid a war in Ukraine.
