Russian media did not mention Pugacheva’s words about “the death of our guys for illusory goals” in the news about her appeal to the Ministry of Justice

Many Russian media outlets that reported Alla Pugacheva’s request to recognize her as a “foreign agent” following her husband Maxim Galkin did not mention in their materials her words referring to the war in Ukraine. The Agency writes about this.

Pugacheva’s statement did not directly mention “war” or “special military operation,” but said that Maxim Galkin wants Russia, among other things, to “stop the death of our guys for illusory goals that make our country an outcast and make the lives of our citizens more difficult.”

TASS , RIA Novosti , RT , TVC , Komsomolskaya Pravda , Izvestia , Ren-TV and Moscow Speaks quoted only the first part of Pugacheva’s post - that she asks to “enroll yourself in the ranks of foreign agents of your beloved country "; some of them included in the notes words that she “stands in solidarity with her husband.”
