Pugacheva asked the Ministry of Justice to recognize her as a “foreign agent”

Alla Pugacheva turned to the Ministry of Justice with a request to include her in the ranks of "foreign agents" in solidarity with her husband Maxim Galkin. He was included in the register for allegedly conducting political activities and receiving assistance from a foreign state - Ukraine.

“I ask you to enroll me in the ranks of foreign agents of my beloved country, because I am in solidarity with my husband, an honest, decent and sincere person, a true and incorruptible patriot of Russia, who wishes the Motherland prosperity, peaceful life, freedom of speech and an end to the death of our guys for illusory goals that make our country as an outcast and burdening the lives of our citizens”

The Ministry of Justice entered Maksim Galkin in the register of individuals-foreign agents on Friday evening for "carrying out political activities", as specified in the justification, with money from Ukraine. The artist said that he does not consider himself a "foreign agent", but promises to "solemnly slap this sign on his forehead", as he was "in the company of very worthy people" from the list.
