The court in Ufa did not find any discredit to the army in the application for alternative service. A denunciation of the conscript was written by one of the city's military commissars

The Kirovsky District Court of Ufa decided to terminate the proceedings on the case of conscript Arsenty Artyukhov. The young man wrote a statement to the military registration and enlistment office with a request to replace his military service with a civilian one. Military Commissar Yuri Alferov accused the conscript of discrediting the Russian army and wrote a denunciation against him.

At the end of March of this year, Arsenty Artyukhov, referring to diseases that did not allow him to serve on conscription, asked to be transferred to an alternative civilian service. However, the military commissar of the Kirovsky and Leninsky districts of Ufa, Yuri Alferov, saw in this statement signs of discrediting the Russian army, "as well as the president's decision to conduct a special operation in Ukraine."

On April 7, Alferov turned to the police and demanded that the conscript be held accountable. But the police did not find any corpus delicti and did not start a criminal case. Artyukhov himself previously noted that his statement was not public and was written in accordance with the law on alternative civil service.

The court put an end to this case. He acknowledged that the protocol does not contain a description of the event of an administrative offense. On this basis, the case was dismissed, but the decision can still be appealed to the Supreme Court of Bashkiria.
