The Tver District Court of Moscow imposed an administrative punishment to journalist Sergei Parkhomenko under the “Inoagen” article. The case was registered on August 10 of the current year.

According to the law, violation of Part 1 of Article 19.34.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the procedure for the media-foreign agent) entails the imposition of an administrative fine in citizens in the amount of ten thousand rubles; for officials - fifty thousand rubles; For legal entities - five hundred thousand rubles.

It is not known how the fine was written out by the Tver District Court Sergey Parkhomenko. The publication of the text of the resolution is prohibited.
