Sites collecting financial assistance to stranger armies want to block without trial

According to the authors of the relevant bill, during the period of the so -called “special military operation”, “numerous facts of the participation of foreign media platforms in the dissemination of information with proposals for financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine” are established.

A group of deputies, which includes Vasily Piskaryov (United Russia), Andrei Lugovoi (LDPR) and a whole galaxy of fairly odious parliamentarians, introduced bills No. 197914-8 to the State Duma “On Amending Article 15-3 of the Federal Law“ On Information, Information Technologies and the Protection of Information ”, which proposes submitted the deputy production Sites with information on the provision of “financial assistance to the enemy” in the context of an “armed conflict, military operations, a counter -terrorism operation or other actions using weapons and military equipment, in which the Russian Federation takes part, as well as information about possible ways to carry out such financing.”

Judging by the explanatory note, we are primarily about the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Armed Forces):

“During the period of the special military operation carried out by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, numerous facts of the participation of foreign media platforms and organizations in the dissemination of information with proposals for financing the Armed Forces and on possible ways to implement such financing were established.

In the context of the activation of the activities of NATO countries directed against the security of the Russian Federation, distribution in information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet, information with the proposal of enemy financing poses a threat to the security of the Russian Federation and requires urgent adoption of measures to limit access to information resources that distribute such information. ”

“Sometimes such fees for the enemy army declare, for example, cafes or clubs - as it was in the summer in Moscow. The attention of the public then made it possible to quickly stop such a gathering, ” said Vasily Piskarev, chairman of the commission to investigate the facts of the intervention of foreign states in the internal affairs of Russia.

According to the deputy, the bill was agreed with the Ministry of Justice of Russia, the Ministry of Civil Academy of Russia, Roskomnadzor and the Secretary of General -Overseas.

Obviously, parliamentarians do not monitor the activities of other state bodies, for example, the General Prosecutor's Office, which has been massively blocking such sites from February this year, which Roskomsvobod has already reported more than once.
