Parliamentarians proposed to change paragraph “l” of the first part in the article on aggravating circumstances (Article 63 of the Criminal Code). According to the text of the bill, after the phrase “committing a crime,” they plan to replace the words “in conditions of armed conflict or hostilities” with “during mobilization or martial law, in wartime, or in conditions of armed conflict or hostilities.”

In addition, according to deputies, articles on looting (Article 356.1 of the Criminal Code) and voluntary surrender (Article 352.1 of the Criminal Code) should be added to the Criminal Code.
