Viasna activists called on Russians who oppose the mobilization announced today by Russian President Vladimir Putin to go to the centers of their cities by 19:00 today (according to Moscow time - Approx. "Cold") . The initiative of "Spring" was supported by associates of Alexei Navalny. Protests have already begun in Tomsk, Ulan-Ude and Irkutsk, and the police have begun arrests.

Also, anti-war actions were announced in Vienna, Riga, Yerevan, Berlin and other cities. People are urged to go to the local Russian embassies.

Members of the activist movement "Soft Power" announced a campaign - "300,000 signatures instead of 300,000 reservists." The movement launched a petition against general and partial mobilization. At the moment, it has been signed by more than 200,000 people out of the required 300,000.
