For example, on September 20, Miigaik issued an order for mobilization training at a university. But what is behind the words “organization of mobilization training”, it is not clear from the text of the order.

The University administration denies news about students mobilization. “Cold” turned to the Free Buryatia fund - they stated that “the information is now quite contradictory.” A mobile point was deployed at the university, but it is not known whether the students were touched.

"Cold" also checked two messages from social networks, which stated that the full -time students sent the summons to the military enlistment office. It turned out that it was a student about the student (the delay in this case is provided with restrictions) and the student who was expelled last year.

“There is no talk of any mobilizers, calls of students-sculptures studying at universities. Everyone calmly goes to classes, no one will call them and mobilize them, ” said Vladimir Tsimlyansky, a representative of the main organizational and mobilization department of the General Staff. Nevertheless, other methods of pressure on students are actively used in universities in connection with referenda in the occupied territories and mobilization.

On September 21, students of the Russian State Humanitarian University were informed that they were waiting for “catastrophic consequences” in the event of rallies, and those who are not involved in the shares, on the contrary, may have “indulgions on exams and tests”.

“Like any state institution, our university against any expression of a position, so to speak, does not correspond to the official one, and therefore against participation in some such events,” one of the students told the cold. She added that the day before yesterday, a couple of hours before the official beginning of rallies in Moscow, the university administration gathered students in the sociological faculty for a career guidance event, although no one previously planned it. On it, according to the student, they said that “there is no alternatives to this meeting,” apparently implying the possible participation of those present in rallies.

In addition, on the same day, an “emergency” meeting was held at the RSUSU, at which the rector of the university Alexander Bezborodov informed students that it was prohibited to participate in rallies. This was told by the "cold" two more university students.

“You are studying at a good university. Continue to study in it. Without rallies. You will fall under the “Wheel of History”, ”said Bezborodov, from the words of students. When asked by students about how to live on, if everything is changing for the worse, the rector of the Russian State University replied that "the maneuver with the mobilization is thought out, you should not worry about themselves."

In the Nizhny Novgorod agricultural cadet, students are also intimidated: at the general meeting, the leadership of the university said that students will wait for deductions without the right to recover for participation in protests. Students of the military department of the Saratov State Law Academy received the same threats. The dean of the Academy promised to expel students and students if they were in charge of administrative cases for participating in anti -war shares.

Moreover, sometimes, if we are talking about politically motivated cases, students are expelled even before the court ruling, ”says human rights activist Anastasia Burakova. - But this is illegal, because until the court ruling has entered into force, a person is not considered guilty. The ethics of different universities have repeatedly considered the legitimacy of students' expulsion in this situation: everyone refers to the charter of the university and “defropping the university honor”-in different charters this can be called differently. The commissions also indicated that the student must comply with the legislation of Russia. ”

The teacher offers to smash the summons. For this, he will allegedly set off "automatic"

The college student at the Vladivostok State University said that the teacher of the OBZh proposed his group to smash the summons with the mobilized “in the nearest district” (from where he has access to the distribution of the summons, he did not inform students). For “help”, the teacher promised automatic offset in his subject. But, according to the student, only one person from the whole group, in which 15 people, agreed to such an offer. “From my friends from other streams, I did not hear that they were offered to spread the summons. I think they are simply afraid to talk about it openly, ”says the student.

Earlier, another student of the VVSU showed the "cold" messages from group chats of the university: in them students of 2–4 courses with learning debts are attracted to spread the agendas with police officers.

The head of the press service of the VVSU, Larisa Prokhorova, told the "cold" that they do not know that students are invited to get tests for help in the distribution of summons. When asked by the correspondent, how the press service relates to such an initiative of the teacher, replied: "In the current conditions, this is all terrible."

One of the students of the faculty of advertising and public relations with the capital's RSUS told the cold that the headman of her group sent a person’s message from the “volunteer company” to the general chat (probably we are talking about the youth movement “ Volunteer Company of the Bill Brotherhood ”). In the message, she urges students to come on September 23 to a concert in honor of “referendums” in Ukrainian territories occupied by Russia. The event needs to be photographed for reporting - for this they promise exemption from couples for this time.

“The group has the same split as in society: someone wanted to go to this concert, although yesterday he was very nervous because of the situation [with mobilization]. Some, like me, were outraged by such an invitation, there were those who condemned us for such a reaction. But I can’t say that many agreed to participate, this is indifferent to the majority, ”the student told the cold.

Another student of the Russian State Humanitarian University from the Faculty of Psychology told the "cold" that such invitations "are now not uncommon, they are often sent to the elders in group conversations." The other two students of the Russian State Humanitarian University said that invitations to concerts in honor of referenda did not come to educational chats.

Concerts are going to arrange not only in Moscow. For example, the Government of the Khabarovsk Territory asked the leadership of the DVGMU to “work out the issue” about the participation of 50 students in a “rally-concert in support of referenda in the liberated territories”, which is planned in Khabarovsk on September 23. The leaders of the Altai State University were asked to ensure the appearance of students for a “patriotic concert” on September 23 (the text of the order is in the editorial office), students were invited to participate in a similar event for exemption from classes, and according to DOXA , the student council of the University of DOXA offers a thousand rubles for the presence and photographs from the concert in honor of “the reunification of the Donbass with Russia”.

Students of Moscow State University write in their chats that they are “driven purely for show” on the patriotic action “We don’t throw our own!”. They are sent reports about the “GDP event” and ask to send lists of those who will be, as well as their passport data “for the provision of a presidential pool to the security service”. Forced to collect students for a rally in support of self -proclaimed DPR and LPR

The “cold” had a correspondence from the chat of elders of one of the SSTU institutes. It refers to the order of the director of this institute Alexander Nikiforov to collect the group for the “agreed rally in support of the DPR and LPR” on September 23.

“For failure to fulfill the requirements of the state employees, they are threatened by the deprivation of scholarships and reprimand, and after three reprimands - deductions, the warders are simply deprived of offset,” says the headman from another university, SSMU. “I, like the headman, face the reprimand from the rector and curator.” But my group and I plan not to go to the rally, citing the fact that such duties are not indicated in the agreement with the university, and it is illegal to force us to go to any political actions. ”
