The Lefortovo District Court sent foreigner Vladislav Krivoy to pre-trial detention on charges of espionage (Article 276 of the Criminal Code). this with reference to the press service of the court. reports Interfax
It is unknown what exactly the man is suspected of; the court noted that the case is classified as “secret”. In addition, the press service did not specify which country Krivoy is a citizen of.
At the same time, earlier the media called him a Ukrainian and an ex-employee of the Security Service of Ukraine. In a conversation with an Izvestia correspondent, Krivoy said that he had worked in the department since 2014, and in 2022 he was given the task of collecting information about the location of Russian military equipment.
“He (an employee of the SBU - Ministry of Health) called and said: we need to collect information. I say I don't want to do this. I say, I have a family, I don’t need it. He says: if you refuse, we will send you to the front line,” the man noted.
According to Krivoy, in the end he agreed and transmitted data on the movement of equipment that appeared in the Youth Wing group. Several times the chat coordinator under the nickname “Mowgli” answered the man that the target he had aimed at had been destroyed.
