Since the beginning of the “partial” mobilization, Russian enterprises are actively participating in the sending of their employees to the army. The staff of the personnel department distribute the summons, they personally come from the military enlistment offices for someone. At the same time, there are no clear criteria for a call - everyone is taken into the army, including people with disabilities. Although the exact number of employees to be mobilized cannot be called, it is obvious that dozens and even hundreds of factories and enterprises fall under the call.

Employees of Russian enterprises began to be massively drafted into the army from the very first days of mobilization declared by Vladimir Putin. At the factories, they distribute the summons according to the lists lowered from the military registration and enlistment offices, in some cases right on the passage. Someone is taken away, not even allowing to finalize the shift. So, for example, it was at the Liebherr machine -building plant in Nizhny Novgorod, says a friend of one of his employees who fell under mobilization.

“They allegedly took men for a physical examination, forbid them to go to a point by personal transport. They put everyone on the bus. They did not replace, at the end of the working day, the news had already dispersed that they took it to mobilization, presented the summons, conducted an examination, gave them personal belongings, linen, and hygiene supplies. [Total] 37 people, ”the woman tells Mediazone. - Several people managed to take ordinary button phones with them. They told the relatives that they are now in the military unit. There they will be taught before being sent on the front line. They didn’t call any deadlines. ”

Lists of workers to be mobilized in industrial and energy companies began to form immediately after the president’s speech, Kommersant writes . And some large companies create special mobilization departments. How many employees of Russian enterprises can be called up for service in the army is still unknown, while the leadership of some of them is counting on the reservation, the publication notes.

The interlocutors of the Mediazons in various enterprises say that there is no logic when choosing those who fall under the call, and the mobilization campaign is randomly.

Igor Pleshkov, the director of the Kaliningrad Concrete Plant, said that his 41-year-old employee was called in the morning from the military registration and enlistment office and demanded to appear at a mobilization point with things on the same day.

“They are being taken from the Chernyakhovsky military registration and enlistment office in, there, in my opinion, there is a tank brigade. His military specialty is the commander of the tank, and therefore pulled right away, - Pleshkov tells Mediazone. - But there is one important detail, he has a third degree of disability in obesity, he is 150 kilograms of weight. He asked a question about the medical commission, they answered him - there will be no medical commission. ”

In the Tatprof personnel department, enterprises in Naberezhnye Chelny, where 670 people work, the summons came the day before its announcement. According to one of the employees, the workers were called with a military ID, without warning that we are talking about mobilization. He clarifies that in the lists for the presentation of the summons there were absolutely all men "regardless of age, state of health, the presence of children and other things." Moreover, according to the employee, it was impossible to leave the plant without a summons, because the passes were blocked, and the guards stood on the checkpoint. As a result, at least two fled: one through the fence, the other - hid in the back seat of the car. Someone, according to the interlocutor of the Mediazones, quit, others went to sick leave.

In Bashkortostan, during mobilization for military training, they decided to call on more than a hundred employees of Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat, the largest in Russia of the production complex of oil refining and petrochemistry. At the disposal of the "Mediazons" was the order of the acting Deputy Director for General Issues of Evgeny Goshkis, in which he demands from September 26 to October 10 to release 103 employees from work: among them are locksmiths, movers, driver, truck drivers, master and devices. The basis for the order was the letter of the military commissar of Salavat. According to the document, all employees sent for fees must pay average wages.

Whether workers will be returned from fees or whether they will go to the front is unknown. The company's press service reported that they would not comment on the topic of mobilization.

Employees of the Great Lucy pig -breeding complex, where about a thousand people work , also fell under mobilization. According to the two interlocutors of the Mediazons, workers at the enterprise, from the plant called from 60 to 80 employees. At one of the Volgograd enterprises, according to the interlocutor of the Mediazones, the agenda was presented to 50 men, including her colleague's husband. “He is 37 years old, two children, a military specialty is a sniper,” the woman said.

A former mine officer in Severouralsk also spoke about the mass mobilization of Mediazone. “Today my friend is taken from the mine. Today he is at nine in the evening, it turns out, he will leave, ”the young man told Mediazone. His friend is 23 years old, at the mine he worked as a passer.

More than a hundred workers of the eastern mine of the Kirov branch of Apatit JSC received the summons, agency writes . The publication refers to the list of employees of the mine of 106 surnames, which appeared on VKontakte. At the same time, one of the employees said that they gave out even more subpoenas - 160 pieces. 102 summons were handed out to employees of the Novokuznetsk plant "Kuznetsk Ferroalloy". According to the wife of one of the employees of the enterprise, all people from the list must be sent to Omsk for exercises.

In the Kemerovo region, one of the mines work for one of the mines, where about one and a half thousand people work, 80 summons were transferred, the wife of one of the workers said. Referring to reports on social networks, the publication notes that employees of KAMAZ, a factory of cellular concrete in Naberezhnye Chelny, the Hammer Machine Plant in the Vyatka Polyany and the Topkin Cement Plant in the Kemerovo Region also fell under mobilization.

One of the few who publicly criticized the total mobilization of employees is Vasily Kostromin, the general director of the Technological Company Fraxis, based in Zelenograd. The company specializes in creating and assembling the Internet devices of things, software products and instrumentation.

According to him, the leadership of the Mikron semiconductor plant received a popamilny list of 300 employees to mobilize, and the management of the Angstrom enterprise for 100 people. The micron refused to confirm and refute this information, and in the Angstrem they said that they did not receive any lists.

According to Kostromin forecasts, taking into account losses and personnel potential due to “partial” mobilization, the previous production ability will be restored no earlier than 10-20 years. “This industry is not restored in a year. The fighting will end sooner or later, and what will only remain the OPC? ”Kostromin argues in a conversation with the Mediazone.

Kostromin clarifies that technical personnel and engineers first of all got into mobilization lists. “These are people from the point of view of qualifications are quite rare. People who fall into these enterprises are narrow -profile, they are unique and indispensable, ”Kostromin explains. - I know that enterprises are trying to save their guys. Well, that is, they are fighting for their employees. They go with lawyers, write letters to all sorts of instances, generally try to achieve at least delay. ”
