The Vasileostrovsky District Court of St. Petersburg extended the arrest of the artist Sasha Skochilenko until November 1. This was reported by the telegram channel, which illuminates the case against it.
On September 24, the Investigative Committee charged the artist in the case of the spread of “fakes” about the Russian army based on political hatred (paragraph “d” of part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). According to investigators, Skochilenko replaced the price tags in the Perekrestok store with leaflets with information about the shelling of the Mariupol drama theater and the death of civilians. The document refers to five inscriptions:
- “The Russian army has bombed a thin one. School in Mariupol. About 400 people hid in it from shelling ”;
- “Russian conscripts are sent to Ukraine. The price of this war is the life of our children ”;
- “Putin is lying to us from TV screens for 20 years. The result of this lie is our readiness to justify the war and meaningless deaths ”;
- “My great -grandfather participated in the Great Patriotic War for 4 years not in order for Russia to become a fascist state and attacked Ukraine”;
- “Stop the war! In the first three days, 4300 Russian soldiers were killed. Why are they silent about this on television? ”
The department considered this information false. According to investigators, the artist committed the action “having a prejudice - hostile feeling” in relation to the actions of the Russian army, as well as based on political hostility.
Skochilenko was detained on April 11 - two days later she was sent into custody. The girl admitted the fact of the spread of leaflets, but does not consider herself guilty and denies that she disseminated false information.
At the same time, Skochilenko was diagnosed with celiac disease-gluten intolerance, because of which many conventional products cannot be consumed. Due to the illness, it was difficult for her to eat in jail at first: the isolator officers refused to transfer suitable products. Because of this, the girl’s health worsened . In addition, the girl was subjected to persecution from the side of the cellmates. In May, Skochilenko was provided with hot gluten -free nutrition.
On October 27, the St. Petersburg City Court approved the extension of the pre -trial detention center until November 1 to Sasha Skochilenko, writes Sotavision.
