On September 30, a number of streets and embankments in the immediate vicinity of the Kremlin will be blocked in the center of Moscow on September 30. This was announced by the Department of Transport of Moscow. He did not name the reasons.

According to RBC with reference to sources in the State Duma and the Moscow City Hall, on September 30, in the center of the Russian capital, the authorities intend to hold a rally in support of the referenda not recognized by the international community on the accession of four Ukrainian regions to Russia. TASS claims that the rally will take place on Red Square, and President Vladimir Putin will take part in it.

On the morning on Thursday, photos of the scene installed on Red Square appeared on social networks. It is visible on it "Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporozhye, Kherson - together forever."

Earlier, RIA Novosti, with reference to his sources, reported that on September 30, Putin could speak before the State Duma and the Federation Council and, apparently, announce the annexation of the territories. It is also possible to sign agreements on the entry of the so -called "DPR", "LPR", as well as partially occupied by the Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions to Russia. The Kremlin still did not confirm these messages.

The leaders of the separatists "DPR" and "LPR", as well as the heads of the occupation administrations of the two regions on Wednesday evening arrived in Moscow. Published a photo in which they are captured at the airfield.

If the messages about the preparation of Putin’s speech are true, most likely, the annexation will occur in the same way as in 2014, when Crimea and Sevastopol were accepted into Russia. First, Putin will sign agreements with the figures controlled by Russians, then the State Duma and the Federation Council will approve the constitutional laws on the annexation. The meetings of the Duma and the Federation Council are scheduled for October 3 and 4 - formally their agenda, however, was not announced.

The so-called referendums about joining Russia in the occupied territories were held on September 23-27. It was claimed that the vast majority (in the "DPR" of more than 99 percent) voted advocated annexing to Russia. Ukraine and Western countries called the vote with pseudo -referents and said that they would never recognize their results, and Russia would be responsible for trying to annexation.
