- Our compatriots, our brothers and sisters in Ukraine - the native part of our single people - with their own eyes saw that the ruling circles of the so -called West are preparing for all of humanity. Here, in fact, they simply dropped the masks, showed their true gut.

After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the West decided that the world, all of us forever have to put up with its dictatorship. Then, in 1991, the West hoped that Russia would not recover from such shocks and will continue to fall apart on its own . Yes, this almost happened-we remember the 90s, the terrible 90s, hungry, cold and hopeless. But Russia resisted, revived, got stronger, again took its worthy place in the world.

At the same time, the West has been looking for all this time and continues to look for a new chance to hit us, to weaken and destroy Russia, which we always dreamed of, to crush our state, to suffer among themselves, to doom them into poverty and extinction. They simply haunt them that there is such a great, huge country in the world with its territory, natural wealth, resources, with a people who cannot and will never live according to someone else's pointer.

The West is ready to step over everything to preserve that neocolonial system that allows it to parasitize, in fact, to rob the world at the expense of the power of the dollar and technological dictatorship , to collect a real tribute from humanity, to extract the main source of unemployed well -being, the rent of the Hegemon. The preservation of this annuity is their key, genuine and absolutely selfish motive. That is why their interests are responsible for the total designization. Hence their aggression to independent states, to traditional values ​​and original cultures, attempts to undermine them that are not controlled by international and integration processes, new world currencies and technological development centers. It is critical that all countries surrender their sovereignty in favor of the United States.

The ruling tops of some states voluntarily agree to do this, voluntarily agree to become vassals; Others are captivated, intimidated. And if it doesn’t work out - entire states are destroyed, leaving behind humanitarian disasters, disasters, ruins, millions of ruined, severe human destinies, terrorist enclaves, social disaster zones, protectorate, colonies and half -colonies. They don’t care, just to get their benefits.

I want to emphasize once again: it is in greed, in the intention to preserve its unlimited power and there are genuine reasons for the hybrid war that the “collective West” wages against Russia . They wish us not freedom, but want to see us with a colony. They want not equal cooperation, but robbery. They want to see us not with a free society, but a crowd of soulless slaves.

For them, a direct threat is our thought and philosophy, therefore, they encroach on our philosophers. Our culture and art are dangerous for them, so they try to ban them. Our development and prosperity is also a threat to them - competition is growing. They do not need Russia at all, we need it.

I want to remind you that claims to world domination in the past have repeatedly broken about the courage and stamina of our people. Russia will always be Russia. We will defend our values ​​and our homeland now.

The West counts on impunity, on the fact that everything will get away with him. As a matter of fact, everything got away with it. Strategic security agreements fly to the garbage basket; agreements reached at the highest political level are declared fables; Firm promises not to expand NATO east, as soon as our former leaders bought them, turned into a dirty deception; Contracts on missile defense and missiles of medium and smaller range unilaterally under far -fetched prepositions are torn.

We only hear from all sides: the West defends the order based on the rules. Where did they come from? Who at all saw these rules? Who agreed? Listen, this is just some kind of nonsense, continuous deception, double or already triple standards! Fools are designed simply.

Russia is a great thousand-year-old power, a civilization country, and according to such fled, fake rules will not live. (Applause.)

That is how the so -called West trampled the principle of the inviolability of the boundaries , and now, at his own discretion, decides who has the right to self -determination and who is not, who is not worthy of it. Why do they decide who gave them such a right is incomprehensible. Yourself.

That is why they are causing wild anger to the choice of people in the Crimea, in Sevastopol, in Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporozhye and Kherson. This West has no moral right to give him assessments, this West has no democracy. No and never was!

Western elites deny not only national sovereignty and international law. Their hegemony has the pronounced nature of totalitarianism, despotism and apartheid. They brazenly divide the world into their vassals, into the so -called civilized countries and all the others who, according to the plan of today's Western racists, should replenish the list of barbarians and savages. False shortcuts-“country-game”, “authoritarian regime”-are already ready, they stigmatize entire peoples and states, and there is nothing new in this. There is nothing new in this: the Western elites were what they were, and remained - colonialists. They discriminate against, divide peoples into first and other varieties.

We have never accepted and will not accept such political nationalism and racism. And what, if not racism, is Russophobia, spread now around the world? What, as not by racism, is the peremptory conviction of the West that its civilization, neoliberal culture is an indisputable example for the whole world? "Who is not with us, he is against us." It all sounds strange even.

Even the Western elites are shifted to all the others in their own historical crimes, demanding both their countries and other peoples to obey what they have nothing to do with, for example, for a period of colonial captures.

It is worth reminding the West that he began his colonial policy during the Middle Ages , and then followed the world slave trade, the genocide of the Indian tribes in America, the plunder of India, Africa, the war of England and France against China, as a result of which he was forced to open his ports for trade in opium. What they did was planted whole peoples on drugs, purposefully exterminated entire ethnic groups for the sake of land and resources, arranged a real hunt for people, as for animals. This is disgusting to the very nature of man, truth, freedom and justice.

And we - we are proud that in the 20th century it was our country that headed the anti -colonial movement , which has opened up to many peoples of the world for development, in order to reduce poverty and inequality, to defeat hunger and illness.

I emphasize that one of the reasons for the centuries -old Russophobia, the undisguised malice of these Western elites in relation to Russia, is that we did not allow ourselves to be renewed during colonial captures, forced Europeans to trade for mutual benefits. This was achieved by creating a strong centralized state in Russia, which developed, strengthened on the great moral values ​​of Orthodoxy, Islam, Judaism and Buddhism, on open Russian culture and Russian word.

It is known that the plans for interventions in Russia were repeatedly built, they tried to use the troubled time of the beginning of the 17th century, and the period of upheavals after 1917 - failed. Before the wealth of Russia, the West nevertheless managed to break through at the end of the 20th century, when the state was destroyed. Then we were called both friends and partners, but in fact they were treated as a colony - trillions of dollars were pumped out of the country according to a variety of schemes. We all remember everything, we have not forgotten anything.

And these days, people in Donetsk and Lugansk, in Kherson and Zaporozhye spoke out to restore our historical unity. Thank you!

Western countries have been repeated for centuries that they carry both freedom and democracy to other peoples. Everything is exactly the opposite: instead of democracy - suppression and operation; Instead of freedom - enslavement and violence. The entire single -Polar world order in essence is anti -democratic and not free, it is lying and hypocritical through.

The United States is the only country in the world that used nuclear weapons twice, destroying the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. By the way, they created a precedent.

Let me remind you that the United States, together with the British, turned into ruins without any military necessity during the Second World War, Dresden, Hamburg, Cologne and many other German cities. And this was done demonstratively, without any, I repeat, military necessity. The goal was only one: as in the case of nuclear bombing in Japan, to intimidate our country and the whole world.

The United States left a terrible mark in the memory of the peoples of Korea and Vietnam by barbar "carpet" bombing, the use of napalm and chemical weapons.

Until now, Germany, Japan, the Republic of Korea and other countries are actually occupied and at the same time cynically call them equal allies. Listen, I wonder what kind of allied is this? The whole world knows that the leaders of these countries are monitoring, the first persons of these states are installing listening devices not only in office, but also in residential premises. This is a real shame. A shame for those who do this, and for those who, like a slave, silently and meekly swallow this rudeness.

Orders and rude, offensive shouts to their vassals, they call Euro -Atlantic solidarity, the development of biological weapons, experiments on living people, including Ukraine, noble medical research.

It was their destructive policy, wars, robbery that they provoked today's tremendous surge in migration flows. Millions of people suffer deprivation, bullying, die in thousands, trying to get to the same Europe.

Here they take out bread from Ukraine. Where does he go under the pretext of “ensuring the food security of the poorest countries of the world”? Where does it go? Everything goes to the same European countries. There five percent only went into the poorest countries of the world. Again, another inflation and direct deception.

The American elite, in fact, uses the tragedy of these people to weaken its competitors, to destroy national states. This also applies to Europe, this also applies to the identity of France, Italy, Spain, and other countries with a long history.

Washington requires more and more sanctions against Russia, and most European politicians humbly agree with this. They clearly understand that the United States, pushing the EU’s full abandonment of Russian energy and other resources, is dealing with practically to de -industrialization of Europe, to completely take the European market to their hands - they all understand, these European elites, but prefer to serve other people's interests. This is no longer lackey, but a direct betrayal of their peoples. But God is with them, this is their business.

But there are already few sanctions to the Anglo -Saxons, they moved to sabotage - incredibly, but the fact, having organized explosions on the international gas highways of the Northern Stream, which pass along the bottom of the Baltic Sea, actually proceeded to the destruction of a pan -European energy infrastructure. It is obvious to everyone who is beneficial. To whom it is beneficial, he did, of course.

The US dictate is built on rough power, on fist law. It happens beautifully wrapped, it happens without any wrapper, but the essence is the same - fist right. Hence the deployment and maintenance of hundreds of military bases in all corners of the world, the expansion of NATO, attempts to make new military alliances, such as Aukus and the like. There is an active work on the creation of the Washington-Seoul-Tokyo military-political ligament. All those states that possess or strive to possess genuine strategic sovereignty and are able to challenge Western hegemony, are automatically enrolled in enemies.

It is on these principles that the US and NATO military doctrines are built, requiring, no less, total dominance. Western elites present their neocolonial plans just as hypocritically, even with a claim to peacefulness , speak of a certain restraint, and such a crafty word wanders from one strategy to another, and, in fact, means only one thing - undermining of any sovereign development centers.

We have already heard about the restraint of Russia, China, Iran. I believe that in line and other countries of Asia, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, as well as the current partners and allies of the United States. We know: how they will not like that, they impose sanctions against the allies - either against one bank, then against another; either against one company, then against another. This is the same practice, and will expand. They have everything under the sight, including our closest neighbors - the CIS countries.

At the same time, the West clearly and has long been issuing what he desired. Thus, after the sanction blitzkrieg against Russia, they believed that they could once again build the whole world on their team . But, as it turned out, such a rainbow prospect does not excite everyone - except for the completed political masochists and fans of other non -traditional forms of international relations. Most states refuse to “take under the visor”, but choose a reasonable way of cooperation with Russia.

The West clearly did not expect such rebellion from them. They are simply used to acting a template, taking everything by capture, blackmail, bribery, intimidation, and convince themselves that these methods will work forever, as if they were frozen and frozen in the past.

Such self -confidence is a direct product of not only the notorious concept of one’s own exclusivity - although this, of course, causes surprise simply - but also a real “information hunger” in the West. The truth was drowned in the ocean of myths, illusions and fakes, using prohibitively aggressive propaganda, they lie in the back of Goebbels. The more incredible the lie, the faster they believe in it - this is how they act, according to this principle.

But people cannot be fed with printed dollars and euros. It is impossible to feed these pieces of paper, and it is impossible to warm the home with virtual, inflated capitalization of Western social networks . All this is important what I'm talking about. But no less important is what has just been said: you won’t feed anyone with papers - food is needed, and these pouted capitalizations can’t warm anyone either - energy carriers are needed.

Therefore, politicians in the same Europe have to convince their fellow citizens less, less often wash, and dress more warmly at home. And those who begin to ask just questions: “Actually, why so?”, They immediately declare enemies, extremists and radicals. They transfer arrows to Russia, they say: here, they say, who is the source of all your troubles. They lie again.

What I want to emphasize, to emphasize: there is every reason to believe that Western elites are not going to look for constructive exits from the global food, energy crisis that arose through their fault , precisely through their fault, as a result of their many years before our special military operation in Ukraine, in the Donbass. Do not intend to solve the problems of injustice, inequality. There is a fear that they are ready to use other recipes that are familiar to them.

And here it is worth recalling that of the contradictions of the beginning of the 20th century, the West entered the First World War. The young ladies from World War II allowed the United States to finally overcome the consequences of the Great Depression and become the largest economy in the world, to impose the planet of the dollar as a global reserve currency. And the urgent crisis of the 80s-and in the 80s of the last century the crisis also worsened-the West overcame in many ways due to the assignment of the heritage and resources of the collapsed and collapsed in the end of the Soviet Union. This is a fact.

Now, in order to get out of the next ball of contradictions, they need to break Russia at all costs, other states that choose a sovereign path of development in order to even more rob other wealth and close, plug their holes. If this does not happen, I do not exclude that they will try and completely bring the system to the collapse, on which everything can be dumped, or, God forbid, will decide to use the well -known formula "The war will write off everything."

Russia understands its responsibility to the world community and will do everything to bring such hot heads to the sense.

Obviously, the nine neocolonial model is ultimately doomed . But I repeat that its real owners will cling to her to the end. They simply have nothing to offer the world, except for the preservation of the same system of robberies and racketeering.

In fact, they spit on the natural of the most of the billions of people , most of humanity, to freedom and justice, to independently determine their future to independently. Now they have completely moved to the radical denial of moral norms, religion, and family.

Let's answer ourselves to very simple questions. I now want to return to what I said, I want to turn to all citizens of the country - not only to those colleagues who are in the hall - to all Russian citizens: do we want us, here, in our country, in Russia, instead of mom and dad, “parent number one”, “number two”, “number three” (completely sleeping there!)? Do we want our schools from primary schools to impose perversions that lead to degradation and extinction? So that they were harassed that in addition to women and men, there are supposedly still certain genders and suggested undergoing a floor change? Do we want all this for our country and our children? For us, all this is unacceptable, we have different, our future.

I repeat, the dictatorship of the Western elites is directed against all societies, including the peoples of the Western countries themselves. Это вызов всем.
