As follows from the data of the Mosbirzhi, the euro rate on September 30 fell to 51.8 rubles - this is minus 3.67 rubles to the last closure of the market. By 11:18 he rose to 52.6 rubles. The euro exchange rate on Mosbirzh fell below 52 rubles for the first time since October 2014.
The dollar also falls, but not so significantly. At a minimum, the dollar rate amounted to 55.61 rubles - 1.51 rubles less than the last closing. At the same time, there is no strong weakening of the euro to the dollar - on the contrary, the euro to the dollar in world markets has been a little strengthened.
According to The Bell, the strengthening of the ruble by the end of the month may be due to the payment of taxes with the main exporters, but this usually does not lead to a strong discrepancy between the dynamics of the dollar and the euro. Promsvyazbank analysts admit that the euro collapse is caused by news about the EU’s intention to introduce the ceiling of prices for the entire import of Russian gas.
