
More than 30% of Russian companies are trying to receive reservation on their employees from partial mobilization. It is reported by Forbes with reference to the survey results.
In almost 13% of employees, employees are dismissed at their own free will without a two -week development of two -week development, and almost 8% of organizations transfer part of the state to remote work.
According to the survey, almost 44% of organizations have not yet accepted any actions and monitor the situation with partial mobilization, and in 38.2%, personnel officers explain the rules and norms of the law to employees. A little more than 4% of companies help employees in relocation to another region or country, 2.6%-hired psychologists and transferred employees from labor contracts.
The survey, which took place from September 23 to 29, was attended by 430 personnel specialists of small, medium and large companies from different industries, including industry, education, construction, medicine, services and IT.
