In Russia, the SoundCloud musical streaming service was blocked by the decision of the prosecutor's office of September 22. This follows from the data of the Roskomnadzor registry.

The service did not comment on this decision. Access to it was limited under article 15.3, which regulates the restriction of access to sites calling for riots and extremist activities or disseminating inaccurate information.
"Mediazona" noted that the authors of the podcast laid out their work on SoundCloud. Earlier, the Prosecutor General’s Office demanded that the platforms delete the Mediazones Podkast “Dick War”, as well as the podcasts of the Russian BBC, “cold”, DOXA and other publications dedicated to the war.
In March, the Spotify musical service announced the departure from Russia because of the new laws imposing restrictions on the dissemination of information within the country. Prior to this, Spotify forbade Russian users to pay for Premium subscription in connection with the restrictions on the use of Visa and MasterCard. The free version of the service could continue to be used.
