Artem Kamardin, a defendant in the Mayakov Readings case, was charged with inciting hatred.

The Tver Department of the Investigative Committee of Moscow charged Artem Kamardin, a defendant in the Mayakov Readings case, under the article of inciting hatred with the threat of violence (clause “a”, part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by Network Freedom.

Kamardin is charged with humiliating the dignity of “militias who took part in hostilities in the LPR and DPR” and calling for violence against them. On October 6, a similar charge was brought against another person involved in the case, Nikolai Daineko.

Yegor Shtovba is also involved in the case. On September 28, the Tverskoy District Court sent Kamardin, Daineko and Shtovba to a pre-trial detention center.
