In St. Petersburg, the head of the Yabloko faction in the Legislative Assembly and the former regional Ombudsman Alexander Shishlov was fined 35 thousand rubles under the administrative article on the "discredit" of the army - due to three posts in VKontakte, the correspondent of the North Realia reports.
In the first post, Shishlov told why at a meeting on April 13 he refused to get up and honor the memory of the founder of the LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky, who died on April 6.
“Only yesterday in St. Petersburg two more military personnel who died in Ukraine were buried. During the so -called“ Special Military Operation ”, people die every day, including Petersburgers. I believe that the initiative to honor the memory of a politician who, for many years, inflated hatred and aggression, pushed to war, is hypocritical and inappropriate in the St. Petersburg parliament,” Shishlov wrote.
The second post concerned the discussions of the federal initiative to equate the St. George tape with the symbol of military glory. Shishlov said he did not support this decision. According to the deputy, the symbol of the ribbon has recently changed.
"When it is folded in the form of the letter Z - does this not desecrate the national symbol and does not discredit it?" - wrote the deputy.
The third post was dedicated to events dedicated to the next anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. Talking about the high price paid for the world, Shishlov mentioned "the so -called" special operation ".
According to the expert opinion of the employee of the RSPU named after Herzen, the candidate of legal sciences Veronika Abakanova, made at the request of the prosecutor's office, the information on the deputy’s page "is aimed not only at the discrediting of the army, but also to distabulating the situation in the country." The expression "so -called" next to the word "special operation" expert described as a certificate of expression of irony and a dismissive attitude to the army.
Shishlov did not plead guilty and stated that he had no intent to discredit military personnel.
“I regard the current decision of the Brodsky judge as a legally unreasonable, unlawful and politically motivated one. This is another judicial act that is not related to the constitution, law and law. It is not a legal decision and aimed at intimidating opponents of the authorities,” Shishlov commented on the decision.
