Putin accused the Ukrainian special services of a “terrorist attack” on the Crimean bridge

Russian President Vladimir Putin called the explosion on the Crimean bridge "a terrorist attack against the critical infrastructure of the Russian Federation" and said that it was organized by the Ukrainian special services. It is reported by Interfax.

“There are no doubts here. This is a terrorist attack aimed at destroying the critical civilian infrastructure of the Russian Federation. And the authors, performers, customers are the special services of Ukraine,” the president said.

The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin , added that "citizens of the Russian Federation and foreign states were involved in the incident, they helped in the preparation of the terrorist attack." According to Bastrykin, a case was initiated under the article on terrorism (205 of the Criminal Code), the suspects were identified.

According to the head of the Investigative Committee, before entering the Crimean bridge, the exploded truck followed the following route: Bulgaria, Georgia, Armenia, North Ossetia and the Krasnodar Territory.

Early on Saturday morning, an explosion occurred on the Crimean bridge, as a result of which the roadbed collapsed and a train carrying combustible materials caught fire. According to Russian investigators, three people were killed - the driver of the exploded truck and the passengers of a car passing nearby.
