The courts received ten claims to challenge mobilization

The Petersburg courts received ten claims to challenge the mobilization decisions, the press service of the city’s courts said .

In the Frunze District Court, three claims were accepted for production, two claims were registered in the Krasnogvardeisky and Primorsky district courts, and one at a time in Vyborg, Kolpinsky and Nevsky.

The plaintiffs demand to recognize the decisions of mobilization illegal, referring to the fact that they have health problems, inappropriate age or military service contradicts their beliefs. One of the plaintiffs claims that it holds a position in an organization that ensures the stability of the national payment system, so he is entitled to delay.

All ten claims were accepted for production, the dates of court hearings were scheduled for them.
