Bitza defender issued a warning under an article on non -fulfillment of parental duties

On October 13, the juvenile commission in the Moscow district Zyuzino issued a warning under the article on non -fulfillment of parental duties (part 1 of article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) to the defender of the Bitsevsky forest Alexei Korza. This was announced by the OTD-Info by lawyer Yevgeny Kurakin, who represented the interests of the activist.

On July 7, Korets participated in the action against construction in the Bittsev forest - the activist tried to interfere with the passage of construction equipment. The Korets came to the action with the child. The man put the child on the tractor's bucket in order to help to shake his sand from sandals. The construction guards photographed this moment and said that forest defenders stop the equipment with children. The protocol on the Korets was drawn up on August 7.
