A resident of Bashkortostan, who came out with a poster “Putin, this is your last anniversary,” was arrested for 5 days

The Meleuzovsky District Court of Bashkortostan arrested for five days picketer Azat Agzamov, who came out with a poster “Putin, this is your last anniversary. Eat the creature." The decision is published on the website of the court.

The administrative arrest of the man was appointed on October 7 - in the case of disobedience to a police officer (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The court decision states that Agzamov stood "in a public place with a provocative poster, on which the words against FULL NAME1 were written."

According to the police, the picketer refused to remove the poster and provide documents to the security forces, so he "committed an administrative offense." The man pleaded guilty.

In addition, on October 10, Agzamov was fined 40 thousand rubles, imputing an article on discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The decision was also published on the website of the court: it says that the picketer fully admitted his guilt and “explained that he opposed military operations.”

Agzamov was detained on October 7, the birthday of Vladimir Putin. The video of the incident was published by the telegram channel Ateo Breaking: the author of the video filmed how the police used physical force on the picketer - they threw him onto the sidewalk and handcuffed him, although the man did not resist and stood calmly.

After the use of force, one of the police officers turned the poster on the back, apparently so that passersby would not see the inscriptions on it.
