The administration of the Kalininsky district said that the presentation of the summons is "to clarify the accounting data." At the same time, in St. Petersburg they already called up citizens who came to the military registration and enlistment office only for reconciling documents for delay.

The renewal (13.45 Moscow time) in the administration of the Kalininsky district said that the city has a "warning" of citizens about the need to appear at the military registration and enlistment office. "To present the summons in the entrances on the first floors of the houses, there are warning groups, which include employees of the military registration and enlistment office, the district administration and the police. Their goal is to notify citizens about the need for appearance," RBC said in the region’s press service.

The State Duma deputy Mikhail Romanov, who was elected from the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg, told Fontanka that there were no violations in the actions of police officers, officials and representatives of the military enlistment offices in the distribution of agendas near the front-line.
