In St. Petersburg and Moscow, the second day “raids” on men are going on: police officers, along with employees of district administrations and military commissariats, guard them near the entrances, exits from the metro, stop on the street. Someone in the end is handed the summons, someone simply checks the documents. The correspondent of North. Realia watched mobilization raids.
- I left the house to take the children to the garden. Two people approached the front door: one in a police uniform, the other in a civilian, with folders. They asked what apartment I am from and in the Neva district I have registration. I answered “no”, and they immediately lost interest in me, the children and I went on, ”says Igor, a resident of the Ladoga Park residential complex.
This residential complex consists of several multi -storey buildings built by a semicircle, and a small park is broken in the center. In the morning of October 14, near the entrances, police officers and unknown in civilian clothes appeared, who turned out to be representatives of the Nevsky district administration. Together with the police, officials from the administration checked documents from men living in the LCD, and issued subpoenas to the military enlistment office.
“Later I saw that all exits from the well were patrolled by police officers and people in civilian clothes,” Igor adds.

- They did not present documents, but I myself, bewildered, did not ask either. An employee in the form simply said that with him a representative of the Nevsky district administration, asked to present documents for issuing a summons. As a result, they didn’t really look at the passport, they just recognized the apartment in which I live, asked if I was registered in it. They checked the summons that they have already completed. The desired apartment was not there and I was released. Then, already on the street, another patrol stopped, but also released, ”said Anton.
- They walk on the apartments, knock, drumming to give the summons. It began this morning and continued in other areas of the city too. It is terrible, very scary, because it is not known what is happening at all, ”says Svetlana from the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg.
A resident of the LCD "Pollyustov Park" was caught at the entrance and handed the summons. “The documents were asked and issued a summons,” says Andrei.
A resident of the same residential complex published a video: several people stood in the entrance before the exit, among them a woman in the form of a police officer, the rest in civilian clothes.
Residents of St. Petersburg find the summons at the military registration and enlistment office, which they left in the doorway. In other LCDs in the Nevsky district, they were thrown along the mailboxes.
At the same time, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg states that information on social networks is not true. "Employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs perform other tasks - the protection and provision of public order," the department quoted the department "Sink 78" quoted. At the same time, the photographs and videos that residents published on social networks show police officers along with the administration and, presumably, military commissariats.
The authorities of the Kalininsky district told RIA Novosti that police officers and administrations were presenting to local residents of the agenda to "notify the military enlistment office about the timely appearance and that these" notification groups "do not commit" unlawful actions. "
The administration of St. Petersburg called the police and officials of the district administrations who presented the summons, "groups of warning", and they presented the summons in the entrances, because the Petersburgers allegedly did not appear in the military commissariats after receiving the summons.
"Residents of apartment buildings, we ask you to treat the organizational measures for the presentation of the summons in the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation," officials said .
The St. Petersburg lawyer Anastasia Burakova recalls that only administrative responsibility threatens for a failure to appear on the agenda on mobilization, criminal punishment does not apply to people who are called to war in Ukraine as part of mobilization.
“Let me remind you how to mobilize in the so -called“ LPR ”and“ DPR ”at the beginning of the war: they grabbed men on the streets, stuffed it in a car and brought it to a draft point. In Russia, they are already handed the agendas at the metro and entrances, and I have no doubt, they will certainly come to the same“ mobilization ”.
Once again, do not go to the military registration and enlistment office, do not think that "they will figure it out there." The agenda in the mailbox is a divorce, the calculation that a person will be frightened and come. There will be no criminal punishment for this. Run, lock yourself at home, just do not take the summons, do not open the door to unfamiliar, ”the lawyer says.
