The State Duma Council decided to limit online broadcasts from meetings of the lower house of parliament.
As reported, the reason for refusing live broadcasts was the "legislative support of the special operation."
“A significant part of the agenda of the meetings is related to the discussion of measures to support soldiers and officers performing the tasks of the NMD. And also with the discussion of all issues related to the legislative support of the special operation, ”TASS quotes its own source in the State Duma.
At the same time, according to him, all journalists accredited in the State Duma have the opportunity to follow the broadcast in the press center.
Until now, the plenary sessions of the State Duma have been broadcast in their entirety on the website of the lower house of parliament. It is this broadcast that journalists working in the State Duma watch, since they are not allowed into the plenary session hall of the parliament.
