In Moscow, bailiffs detained two girls who came to support actionist Pavel Krisevich

Bailiffs of the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow detained two girls who came to the sentencing of actionist Pavel Krisevich. This is reported by SOTA.

The girls were detained because they shouted demanding the release of political prisoners.

• The Tverskoy District Court sentenced Pavel Krisevich to five years in prison due to the rally on Red Square. The young man was found guilty under the article of hooliganism (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code). According to the prosecution, Krisevich, with his action, expressed “an imaginary superiority over others, grossly violated public order,” and also allegedly caused “a feeling of fear and anxiety” among those around him. In addition, the security forces believe that the action with the pistol caused the three victims “moral harm, expressed in the form of fear for their lives and health.”
