In the Belgorod region, a nine-year-old child was seriously injured by a "device similar to a drone used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to attack civilian infrastructure facilities." This was reported by the region's governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, on his Telegram channel.
According to him, the boy found the device on the street in the Belgorod region, and it detonated in his hands.
The child was taken to the regional children's hospital with open injuries to the extremities. The victim's condition is assessed as serious.
