
The resolution of the chief sanitary doctor Anna Popova entered into force on October 21. The document refers to the abolition of PCR testing for coronavirus for those who arrived in Russia from abroad.
That is, Russians no longer need to take a test and load the results into public services.
The decree also says that foreign citizens who are in Russia should also not take a coronavirus test. However, on the border, they need to fill out a special questionnaire.
