The regime of basic readiness was introduced in the Krasnoyarsk Territory: how it will affect the inhabitants of the region

On October 19, Vladimir Putin held a meeting of the Security Council, where he announced martial law in the regions joining Russia - the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics, as well as in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions. The President signed the corresponding decree, and the Federation Council unanimously approved the decree a few hours after signing. By the second decree, Putin introduced in the border regions a medium -sized response regime, in the central and southern federal districts - increased readiness, in other subjects - basic readiness. Including this level was announced in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

According to Governor Alexander USS, the level of basic readiness suggests the following measures:

• Strengthening the protection of public order, population,

• Strengthening the protection of important objects - in the first stage of transport, communications, communications, energy, as well as enterprises that pose an increased danger to the life and health of the inhabitants of the region and the environment,

• Provide the necessary needs of the Armed Forces.

The headquarters appeared in the region to implement a set of tasks - it included representatives of federal departments.

The mayor of Krasnoyarsk Vladislav Loginov said that “life and current events should not change”:

“Life and current events in Krasnoyarsk should not change. The only thing we should relate in a special way is to ensure security in the city. This also applies to educational educational institutions. The issue of additional protection, installation of cameras, monitors. ”

Work with public protection police will also continue. The head of the city asks Krasnoyarstsev to be more vigilant - more carefully to look after their children and pay attention to things left unattended.
