According to the prosecution, the ex-head of the Department of Social Development of the City Hall Natalya Bobrov in 2019 agreed on two transactions for 34 million rubles to the school of power. It turned out that under contracts the price of chicken and eggs that the organizer bought was overstated by 16-40%.
The investigation believes that Bobrova wanted to “embellish” the state of affairs in the plant so that she would not be brought to disciplinary liability. But in the end, the plant lost 5.4 million rubles - financial problems appeared, the debt reached 94 million rubles and in 2020 the company went bankrupt. Also, according to investigators, the vice-mayor was interested in receiving additional payments for the performance of official duties. The prosecutor’s office sent the criminal case of abuse of authority to court.
Earlier, the head of the school power plant was accused of embezzlement. The case is in court.
