More than half of those who are going to borrow money to buy warm clothes will use credit cards. 46 percent will use various installment programs.
On average, Russians are ready to spend no more than nine thousand rubles on winter clothes. At the same time, men are planning purchases in the region of ten thousand, and women are going to spend a little more than eight thousand rubles.
Muscovites are ready to spend more than eleven thousand rubles on buying winter clothes, and residents of small towns - about six thousand rubles.
The credit card debt of Russians this year reached a historical maximum and exceeded 1.5 trillion rubles, calculated in the Equifax credit bureau.
