The Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow declared Oksimiron's (Miron Fedorov) song "Last Call" extremist. RIA Novosti reports this.
“Last Call” is written from the perspective of a schoolboy who wants to take revenge on his classmates and starts shooting at a holiday. The Moscow prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit to recognize the work as extremist at the end of August. At the meeting, the prosecutor said that free access to the song “threatens the constitutional order” of Russia, since its words contain “public justification and propaganda of the ideas of terrorism.”
In 2018, Roskomnadzor, at the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office, already blocked a fan video for the track “Last Call”, compiled from footage of the Estonian film “Class”. It was previously reported that the video was also discussed in a lawsuit by the capital's prosecutor's office, but it is not yet known whether the court made a separate decision on it.
