The State Duma adopted a bill banning LGBT propaganda in the first reading

State Duma deputies in the first reading unanimously adopted a bill banning "propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations."

The bill introduces administrative liability for the dissemination of descriptions or images of “non-traditional sexual relations” among minors, as well as a ban on any LGBT propaganda.
