In the Nagatinsky District Court, they began to consider a criminal case against the police inspector Ekaterina Zlobina, who, according to investigators, falsified the protocols of detained opponents of the construction of the southeastern chord. This was reported by lawyers from the OVD-Info Julia Kuznetsova and Julia Tregubova, representing the interests of the six victims.
The case against an malice was opened in May 2022. She is charged with excess of official powers (part 1 of article 286 of the Criminal Code) and falsification of evidence in the administrative case (part 1 of article 303 of the Criminal Code). She pleaded guilty and petitioned for consideration of the case in a special manner , but at the request of the victims the court passes in a general manner.
The victims of Larisa Bodrov, the district of the district of the Pechatniki Sergey Vlasov, the deputy of the Moscow City Duma Pavel Tarasov and three more people detained on July 10, 2020, when they arrived at the construction site of the southeastern chord to call local residents-they complained that there was a spill of the chemical waste of unnatural color.
The detainees were delivered to the Moskvorech-Saburovo police department. There they were issued obligations of a turnout in the department on July 14 of the same year to draw up protocols on illegal penetration to a protected object. However, when the detainees came to the department, it turned out that the police “did not know what to do with them”, and activists left without protocols.
Later, the inspector of Zlobin, according to the victims and investigations, drew up the protocols for disobedience to the legal requirements of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), while falsifying the signatures of the other two security forces. The court found the eco -activists guilty and fined 1000 rubles each.
Opponents of construction filed a complaint against a decision on a fine. In the appeal, the Moscow City Court canceled the decision of the lower court on the grounds that the protocols that allegedly made different police officers were actually filled with one person.
The Moscow City Court also issued a private definition in the name of the head of the police in the Southern Administrative District on the inadmissibility of violation of the law. After that, the ATS of its own security department of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the South Theater submitted a request for a handwriting examination and began a check. As a result, in addition to initiating a criminal case against Zlobina, several employees of the Moscow-Saburovo department were fired from the place of work, and another was sent on vacation with the subsequent retirement.
