Margarita Vaseva was fined 300,000 rubles on October 24 because of a September picket on Manezhnaya Square with a poster “I/We are Navalny” under the article on repeated violation of the rules of picketing (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). On October 25, she was also fined 50 thousand rubles under the article on discrediting the Russian army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of the anti-war action in which she took part, according to the security forces. In addition, because of the same action, she was assigned 40 hours of compulsory work under the article on violation of the established picketing rules (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
