As the governor of St. Petersburg created a second family, issued real estate for relatives for one and a half billion and received a country house in the corporate village of Putin's friends.
When Alexander Beglov for the first time ran for the governors of St. Petersburg, the PR managers tried to launch Biglove puns into the masses, playing his last name. The idea did not come in, and they quickly abandoned it. But in fact, such a reading has the right to life, because Beglov really has a lot of love - only mainly for numerous relatives. The traction of the governor for family values is so great that it is enough not only for the official family, but also for the second; And both successfully manage to provide. It is time to talk about it.

Alexander Beglov loves to emphasize in an interview that he was an eighth child in a family, where he had five more brothers and three sisters. “Now there are only two of us ...” he said. The mayor was born, as you know, in Baku; However, the circumstances were so simple - the beginning of the Great Patriotic War caught a family of fugitives from the village of Ogarevskiyskoye Vyselki Ryazan region on vacation at the Caspian Sea. A father, an experienced military man, went to the front, and the family remained in Azerbaijan and eventually settled there even after the return of the head of the family.

Not everything in this story beats with documents. For example, the elder brother of the governor Anatoly Beglov was born in 1939 already in Baku, although, according to the official version, his mother in 1941 "with suitcases, a two-year-old son and a four-year-old daughter left alone in a completely alien city." Lyudmila’s sister, who was already born in Baku in 1945, while his father was at the front, had a different middle name. Another brother Vladimir was born in 1947 in the Ryazan region, that is, the family, apparently, nevertheless returned from Baku to her homeland after the end of the war, but then again moved south. And his father, Dmitry Nikitich Beglov, who, according to Alexander Beglov, has passed the path from Khalkhin-Gol and the Finnish campaign to Berlin in 1945 and had many awards, not mentioned on any of the well-known sites about the exploits and awards of soldiers and officers of the Soviet army.
But be that as it may, our story is not about that - although the mentioned relatives in it will play a noticeable role. The atmosphere of Caucasian customs, where clan values often come to the fore, apparently had a significant impact on the future St. Petersburg mayor.
After serving in the army, Alexander Beglov moved to Leningrad and, having received an education at the Leningrad Engineering Institute (now the St. Petersburg State Architectural and Civil Engineering University)-this, by the way, was an important fact in our story-began to work in the then Soviet authorities. The biography of the official is well known-in the late 1990s, Beglov rose to the chair of the head of the resort district of St. Petersburg, then moved to the Smolny vice-governor-the head of the office and after the resignation of Vladimir Yakovlev, even for several months was the acting governor. He moved to Moscow, to the Presidential Administration, then - the Pol -Kazakh strap at the Central Federal District and the North -West, and finally - the governor's chair.
Less is known that in the early 1990s, Alexander Beglov, like many former Soviet officials, tried himself in business-though not for long. However, he managed to register the individual private enterprise Baltikstroy, and we will also remember this important detail for the future.
Let's get back, however, so far to family values. After moving to Leningrad, Alexander Beglov met his future wife Natalya, who also came to study in Leningrad - from the village of Belaya Clinas of the Krasnodar Territory. Later they had two daughters, Julia and Olga. When Beglov moved to Moscow, his wife was headed by the St. Petersburg Committee on Civil Acts (registry office) and worked in this position until 2018.
The eldest daughter Julia Belova worked in the executive authorities of St. Petersburg. In 2011-2017, she was engaged in the legal support of the Culture Committee. Her husband, Pavel Belov (in his youth, successfully engaged in acrobatic rock and roll, which partly relates him to Putin Katerina Tikhonova) was not left without any way: in 2016-2018, he led the Committee on Physical Culture and Sports.
Almost the entire family was in this way attached in offices; Only when Beglov was appointed acting The governor of the city, all of them had to quit , so as not to violate anti -corruption legislation. Natalya Beglova and Pavel Belov moved to Gazprom’s structures, where both earn 11-15 million rubles a year, which is several times more than officially in the civil service.
But Julia Belova went along another road. In 2020, she became a notary. Just a few days after receiving this status, along with her friend Kristina Frolova, also a notary, she received a 145-meter room on Sennaya Square for free use from the city, where her friends and opened a notary office. And in April 2022, without trading, they bought this room for 42.9 million rubles. We will also hear the name of Christina Frolova - it is she who accompanies all the hereditary affairs of the Beglov family.

The second daughter of Alexander Beglova Olga Kudryashova, who will turn 37 this year, worked as an assistant to the prosecutor of the Kalininsky district of St. Petersburg during her studies, and then in the Secretariat of the Constitutional Court of Russia. Now she is an associate professor of the Department of Constitutional Law of the Yurfak SPbSU. In 2018, Kudryashova headed the newly created mediation center of St. Petersburg State University, and also entered the Presidium of the Board of the Arbitration Center at the RSPP in St. Petersburg. Together with her husband Stanislav Kudryashov, she is engaged in the pawnshop business: he acts as a co -owner of two companies, Vasileostrovsky Authorbard and Lombard Lenfinance, and she owns a share in Lombard Leninsky, 91 ″.
Also in Smolny, the niece of the governor Ekaterina Beglova worked - until last year she worked in the Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture, from which, unlike other members of the governor's surname, she did not quit. But now she does not work in the administration - now she is an adviser to the general director for the development of the State Museum of the History of St. Petersburg.
Catherine is the daughter of that same brother Vladimir. Now he is 75, and he lives with his wife in one of the most “unfriendly” countries - in Estonia, in the town of Lox in the north of the country. Pretty successfully, it should be noted: using close kinship, Alexander Beglov theoretically can slip through the ban on crossing the border, recently established for Russians by the Estonian authorities.

The second son of Vladimir Beglov Alexei lives, however, in the suburbs. He holds a leading position in the Kurchatov Institute, the president of which is the notorious Mikhail Kovalchuk, and the member of the Supervisory Board is Uncle Alexei, the governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov.
The sister of the governor Lyudmila Shelepe has lived in St. Petersburg in recent years; Three years ago, she died, her hereditary business was led by the notary, Kristina Frolova, already familiar to us. The daughter of Lyudmila Nail Khomerika - that is, another governor's niece - is engaged in business in the field of transport and marine technologies. She herself did not work in the authorities of St. Petersburg, but her business partners under Alexander Beglova entered the leadership of the Committee on Industrial Policy, Innovation and Trade. The deputy heads of the Committee Sergey Muravyov and Alexander Sitov were previously co-owners of the Marine Cargo Bureau company, which Nail Khomerika once managed-and then became the sole owner and head of the Inpozhtech company that had been released from it.
At the end of this multi -figure front portrait, other brothers should be mentioned. Anatoly and Yuri Beglova lived for many years in the Sverdlovsk region (where Yuri even became a defendant in a criminal case). Anatoly then moved to the Pskov region, to the city of Plussa, later - to St. Petersburg, where he lived in one of the apartments of the future governor on Shevchenko Street. In the end, Yuri also moved to St. Petersburg, where he first lived in another apartment in Pushkin, then in the apartment of his niece Naili Khomerika in the Nevsky district, and then became the owner of the apartment in the elite residential residential quarter in the city center. But about apartments - further.
After the start of partial mobilization, the Governor of Beglov, according to the position, headed the draft commission in St. Petersburg. A few days before, he, as befits a state -owned patriot, said that "the fighters of the DPR army had to take up arms" to have the right to "raise children in traditionally family values and remain part of the big Russian world."
We will dwell on a small world hidden from prying eyes. Three years ago, on the eve of the governor’s election, the corruption Fund was already published by the property of Alexander Beglov, including a 150-meter apartment in the elite Moscow LCD “House on Pokrovsky Boulevard” worth 150 million rubles, which he hid for many years and could not afford. Now you need to talk about other real estate of the governor's family.
In the declaration of Beglov himself there are not many property. Only one valuable point is the same apartment in Moscow, which was mentioned above. There are two more land plots in the Pskov region and the house in the same place, which he owns with his wife. In the Pskov region, the brother of the governor Anatoly Begov once lived, but he had already died.

But the spouse of Beglov is much more secured. She has four apartments, including one in Moscow - 158.8 square meters in the Burely House on Rochdelskaya Street. In 2005, Beglov received her from the presidential administration, in which he then worked, then he handed over the apartment of his daughter Olga, and that, after a few years - Mother Natalia Beglova. The apartment costs more than 100 million rubles.
In St. Petersburg, the Beglov wife has a couple more small apartments: in the Krasnogvardeisky district (her future governor bought in 2000, and gave his wife a year later) and in Vasileostrovsky, on 24 Shevchenko Street. The latter was bought back in 1997, along with the neighboring one, which was sold after 20 years, and would be completely not comprehensive, if not for one anathetic story : in 2009 in 2009 in 2009 in 2009 The year Fontanka wrote that in one of the three ceremonial this “Khrushchev”, an elevator suddenly appeared, which was installed in record time.
Perhaps the elderly relatives of Beglov - and there, at one time, the mother of Beglova Maria Vasilievna with his brother Anatoly lived - it was difficult to rise to the top floor, so they solved the problem individually. Here a simple ramp is usually more difficult and longer, but the high ties of the residents solved all the problems as quickly as possible.
But the largest St. Petersburg apartment by Beglovaya Square 106.7 square meters. meters in an elite residential complex of the St. Petersburg Mining University on cash. Mountain, recall, is headed by the supervisor of Putin and the richest rector of Russia Vladimir Litvinenko. Natalya Beglova became the owner of this apartment in 2007. The cost of real estate is now about 30 million rubles.

The daughter of Alexander Beglov seems to compete with each other in the number of apartments. The eldest Julia has, for example, six, in different areas of St. Petersburg. The most valuable asset is a 156.4-meter apartment in the "ceremonial quarter". In 2014, she was decorated with the brother of Alexander Beglov Yuri, after his death, as an inheritance, she turned into the property of the future governor and was rewritten on Julia on the same day. It is unlikely that the 64-year-old Yuri Beglov, who had moved from the Sverdlovsk region, could afford to buy an apartment, which is now estimated at almost 100 million rubles-most likely, it was bought by Alexander Beglov and remained in the family ownership.

Also owned by the family of Yulia Belova are apartments in the LCD “Europe City”, “Oryol Park” and “New Okhta”, as well as on Bering Street in the Vasileostrovsky district and on Daniil Kharms Street in the Krasnogvardeisky district. All of them are relatively small and inexpensive - up to 15 million rubles.
Of course, the family of the eldest daughter of the governor cannot but have a country house. And it is-a 262.7-meter house in Sestroretsk on Tarkhovsky Prospekt, acquired in 2019. Its cost can be more than 55 million rubles.
The total official income of the Belov family in 2011-2017, while they worked in the administration of St. Petersburg, amounted to a little more than 26 million rubles - of which Julia Belova earned 10.5 million for 2017, apparently, from the sale of an apartment on Gavanskaya Street (we are still talking about this interesting transaction). And the property over the years had more than 200 million.
The family of the second daughter of Beglov Olga Kudryashova real estate, however, is much more. Moreover, most of it belongs to her, and not the husband-entrepreneur. Recall that Olga works with a simple associate professor and is a little engaged in a pawnshop business.
The most valuable objects, like the sisters, are located in the same "ceremonial quarter". Olga has two apartments at once, and both used to own Rodney. The owner of one of them, in 149.8 square meters. meters, Alexander Beglov became in October 2020 after the death of Lyudmila Shelepa, who herself became a owner 6 years before. In December 2020, the governor rewrote the living space to Olga's daughter-and since this all happened within one year, this apartment did not fall into the annual declaration of the governor. Olga Kudryashova “bought” the second, 92.4-meter apartment from her cousin Ekaterina Beglova in 2016. Then Catherine worked in KGA and could not afford to buy this apartment for official income on her own. Today, these apartments in total cost more than 140 million rubles.

No less curious apartments of Olga are in the Vasileostrovsky district on 55 cash street. An apartment in this house with an area of 163.2 square meters. In 2007, she acquired meters from an intermediary, who 20 days before, bought it from the co -owner of the Russian Bank and friend Putin Yuri Kovalchuk and his wife Tatyana. This might seem to seem to be an accident-if in 2016 Olga did not get the neighboring 49.7-meter apartment, but already directly from the former members of the Lake Cooperative : Sergey Fursenko, Yuri Kovalchuk, Vladimir Yakunin and Viktor Yakunin, who jointly owned it since 1996. What is it, a bribe or charity? It is not clear, but the total cost of these apartments is about 50 million rubles.

Even more interesting is the house of Olga Kudryashova in 472.7 square meters. meters with a plot in the village of Sosnovo, Leningrad Region. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Igor ski resort in the so-called “ corporate village ” Kovalchukov, where their business partners and influential officials live. For example, through the fence from Olga Kudryashova, a long -standing associate of both Kovalchuk, and Alexander Beglov, deputy plenipotentiary in the NWFO Lyubov Posiceeva settled. Here, plots and houses were not sold freely, but the market value is the cost of the house Kudryashova (if it were) could amount to 80–90 million rubles.

This is not all. In 2016–2018, Olga Kudryashova became the owner of five apartments in the Tsarskaya Capital residential complex in the Central District of St. Petersburg (total value of about 130 million rubles). In 2019–2020 - five more small apartments in the residential complex "Marine Star" in the Primorsky district (total value of about 30 million rubles). The last residential complex was originally built by a group of companies "City", which then went bankrupt, and Runov personally dealt with the solution of the problems of deceived equity holders. It is not clear at what point Kudryashova had these apartments - before her father’s intervention (then here you can see a conflict of interest) or as a result of such an intervention.
Just when you start buying apartments, it is very difficult to stop. How much did it happen in the end? 14 apartments and two houses. The second house with a site, which is listed in Kudryashova’s own, is located in Lomonosov, closely adjacent to the park and farm of the Sergievka estate. The Beglov family has owned this property since the 1990s, but now it went to Olga Kudryashova. The market value can be about 17 million rubles. And also - parking lots worth about 8 million rubles in the same house on Rochdelskaya Street in Moscow, where she owned the apartment, which had her father from the presidential administration, several years ago.
Finally, in 2014-2015, Olga Kudryashova bought two non -residential premises from the city at auction: one, on Kamennoostrovsky, 73–75 in 69.9 square meters. meters, she acquired for 4.7 million rubles (and now sells for 12 million), the second, at 61.1 square meters. meters in Baskovo Lane, 10 - for 4.5 million rubles.

Her husband-entrepreneur Stanislav Kudryashov modestly owns only one of his own apartment, bought back in 2009.
And this is not without reason.

All? No, not all.
